contained in this policy. Pick Me may vary this policy at any time. Pick Me

www.pickme.co.nz website. In this Terms of Use and Privacy Statement and in
general throughout the website, "we" means Pick Me, where the word "you" is used
this is referring to you, the person visiting our website. Pick Me endeavours to
ensure the information in this website is accurate, but does not accept
liability for any error or omission. All warranties, whether express or implied,
as to the accuracy or completeness of the information contained on this website,
or in respect of any products or materials referred to on this website, are
excluded to the extent permitted by law.

This website is protected by copyright. The copyright in all materials displayed
or available on this website belongs to Pick Me unless otherwise stated. No
material from this website may be reproduced, adapted or distributed, in whole
or in part, or on any media without written permission (which includes
electronic form) from Pick Me.
Product
All prices are in New Zealand dollars. Prices include Goods and Services Tax,
gift box or wrapping and gift card. As flowers are subject to seasonal
availability, the images represent a guide as to the product offered.
Our
skilled florists will substitute a unavailable product for one of similar value
and appearance, to give you the best possible service and result.
Delivery
Orders received before 11am Monday to Saturday, will be delivered the same
day within the Auckland City region.
Orders received after 11am will be delivered the following day, however there
are no deliveries on Sunday or Public Holidays.
Once you have placed an order and it is accepted a receipt will be emailed
to the email address you have specified.
Requests for delivery at certain times of day can be requested but cannot be
guaranteed.
We do provide after hours delivery (between 5pm and 8pm Monday to Friday) but
there is an additional charge. Please call us to arrange this.
Please note that if recipient is
unreachable and there is a "secure" place to leave the flowers, then our
couriers will do so and we will endeavor to inform you. If there is not a secure
place then the flowers are returned to our Takapuna store for an alternative
delivery time.
